Ohh Boy chicken!? I love Grilled Chicken after its been marinating in chipotle barbeque sauce. I would do this
veg oil
chili powder/chipotle powder
salt
pepper
cut onions or onion powder
some water
Put all that in a bag along with raw chk and let set for a few hours in the fridge.
Fire up the grill and cook until center of chk is just starting to turn white...chk cooks a little even after removing from grill.
Make sure you flip it on the grill only once or twice...makes it juicier. Also let cool before cutting since the juice needs to move from the center back out.
This is the best stuff. Thanks I am now hungry!

Marinate it in Italain dressing for awhile...cook some rice and put it all together in the slowcooker. Let it sit all day and then have it for dinner. My mom makes it and it's delicious! You get a plate of white rice, stick a couple pieces of chicken over it, then pour some of the juice/dressing over it and eat it. Oh my goodness! It's absolutely wonderful...
I could also go for some fried chicken and mashed potatos. YUM!

If I had time, I'd make smothered chicken out of it. If not, I'd throw some seasoned salt, onion powder and garlic powder on it and stick it in a 350 degree oven for an hour and a half.

Cut the chicken into pieces and then marinate the chicken. Then BBQ it until it becomes a BBQ chicken which is tasty and delicious.
