A regulation of fish in your diet is good for you for numerous reasons...certain fish have vitamins that help the body and keep you healthy. For instance, salmon a few times a week keeps hair shiny, skin clear and health well! Plus good fish can be really really good and there are so many ways to eat it

yes and it's so much better than eating red meat because of all the benefits it can give to you. I think that's why I'm sticking to a fish diet from now on.

Just curious cuz' I saw you marking down peoples' answers..do you dislike fish or something?

yes. it has something in it that your brain is made up a lot of. it's really good for you, depending on the fish, but personally, i dont like it. Its good though, plus, it's not too fattening, & its a good source of protein.

For the most part, yes. It's high in omega-3s which is very good for your heart, immune system ... it's an anti-inflammatory. It's low in fat if not fried and high in protein.

The bad news is that if you eat fish that are at the top of the food chain - swordfish, tuna, shark for example, they are high in mercury, which is VERY VERY bad for you.
