this is rare! mostly people have dilemmas with tying to loose weight and then need help with eating disorders, anyways if you want to gain weight i suggest you eat alot of protein high protein food, like turkey, chicken and lean ham, dont over do protein bars because they contain sugar and carbs and you might end up with thunder thighs or a belly if you constantly eat those, at least by eating lean meat, you stay away from bad carbs and food high in sugar, sugar slows your metabolism. i hope in the end after you gained the weight you don't regret it...

degrease by scrubbing in the shower for 15 minutes then spend 7 minutes shaving 3 minutes toweling off 4 minutes moisturizing and 20 minutes blow drying and styling your hair

you should definatly not bedge out on unhealthy foods like pasta and bread and things like that because you dont want to be unhealthy and have a heartattack..you should actually go to nutrision store and ask them what you think is best
