i had a labradore greyhound cross for 10 years, i found that the mix was just perfect for me. i live in northern nevada and was wondering if any one has information on where i might find another somewhere close to where i live. the one i had was found wandering the streets of the town i live in so i don't know where he came from. i would like a puppy and male. thanks

It might have nothing to do with the mix, probably an accident. It may have just been that one unique dog that worked for you. No two dogs are alike, even out of same litter. It's that certain something in a dog that makes for a great bond.

No one may have deliberately bred those 2 breeds. And even if you found does not mean that the next one would measure up to your previous dog. Just the way it is. I think mutts make the best dogs. Try visiting the local shelters and let your heart be your guide. You'll know when it is the right dog!
