Hi,

I was not to clear in my last post. The reason I went to gain weight is for my varsity hockey team, as well as the many other sports I play. Sorry about being unclear.

I am 15 years old, 5"10, 138 lbs. I am looking to gain weight. Money is not a problem for what to buy. What are some things that I can eat daily that will help me gain weight?

Protein shakes are always good. I remember alot of guys in high school needed to bulk up for football, and started drinking the shakes once a day and doing their regular excersise routine. It was amazing how fast they filled in.

Well first of all gain weight the healthy way, and that's by weight lifting and eating more proteins, Since you say that money it's not a problem than consider joining a gym and start lifting weights, it will help you gain weight because muscle mass weights alot, also when you start weight lifting make sure to eat the right foods such as proteins, I'll tell you good sources of protein, there are Lean meats such as chicken, turkey, and tuna, also milk is good, eggs and some nuts such as peanuts and almonds, if you want you could also buy protein shakes, whey protein shakes. this will help you gain weight in a few months.

Eat things high in fat, oil and you can try carbs. There's this BIG bottle (well you could hardly call it a bottle, but its sorta bottle shaped) called MEGA 3000 (i think) and they would sell it in places like harris teeter and i think its to help you gain weight. You should go to your pharmacy or local drug store and ask about weight gaining pills.
