try getting to be friends with him & eventually
maybe he`ll tell you how he feels.
whether he wants to just be friends

Sounds like he likes you. But, if he doesn't like anyone else, be careful of 'issues.' Maybe he had a rough upbringing. Just be aware, cuz he may get clingy and drive you nuts. Best of luck.
