Are nerds hot... not nerds in the sense that they are nerdy in looks but the act of nerddom... such as playing the card game Magic the Gathering, and the computer games Warcraft 3 and World of Warcraft...
is this guy, to you, still datable, if so, is he more datable if he cuts back on such activities for you?

Of course he is still datable. The thing is a person can't change their favorite pastimes because they enjoy it so much. Cut back on it yes, but this has nothing to do with dating. Play less games and go out and look for a nice girl. Take care Heather

There are so many kinds of nerds. Nerds are "date-able" but, it all depends on which kind of nerds. Like nerds in school who are intelligent can be hot and good looking. However, gaming nerds usually are not preferable to date because all they have on their minds is play games 24/7 and stick around their house. Nerds are normally decent looking, but their personalities are so much better compared to hot dumbass jerks.
I love nerds and a lot of them dont look bad at all =)

Nerds?? Well thats being stereotypical. Jus beacuse you'd rather be home playing card games, or be on the comp, doesnt make you a nerd..
Some girls would classify taht as being a nerd, but those are the shallow girls taht you dont want to be with.
I dont have a type, and alot of girls (when they meet someone who blows them away) dont either.
I seem to end up with guys the total opposite of me. I have a buch of tattoos, and 31 piercings, and my current bf is a thuggish, cocky (but loving) type of guy.
You just have to meet the right person.

If he cuts back on such activities for me yes because I have a different style then other girls. All girls are different and one day every guy will find that one true person that like them for them instead of making them change first.

I think girls like a guy that they are attracted too. Do you see any hot girlies into World of Warcraft and play magic the gathering? If you answered yes than that is where you look.

Well im not a girl.
But let me tell you the cycle of life.
When the good looking guys are young they get all the chicks. Then there metabolisms wear down and they get fat and have a low paying job. Nerds dont get the girls when there young, but they get them when they are the doctors and lawyers, middle aged you know.

He's still datable. I dont know many guys that arent into that stuff. As long as it doesnt become obsessive and it doesnt come before everything bc thats just too much.
