I have rls and I dont like to take prescriptions. Does anyone know of any herbs or anything else that will help me?

I've heard Calcium and Magnesium supplements may help. My dad seems to find them useful. If you're a menstruating woman, you might want to be checked for anemia (low red blood cells). If you are anemic, you can take iron pills and it *might* help; it worked for me.

yeah, i feel the same way about prescriptions. i have had mild to moderate rls in my entire body, since i was a kid, and i have recently found some multivitamins that have pretty much gotten rid of the symptoms. however, i have found that many mutivitamins in the store arent nearly as effective, because most have lower concentrations and other unnecessary/ harmful ingredients added too. if you would like to find out about the vitamins i take, which can be ordered online and delievered right to you, send me an email at get_the_goodstuff@yahoo.com. i really hope this helps.
