To be a professional golfer, you have to be good enough to make money playing golf -- that's the definition of a professional golfer, someone who makes money in the golf business. Depending on the golf tournament, you would have to pay a rather hefty entry fee just for the opportunity to try to quality for the tournament. You would then play the qualifying round and be one of the 2-3 people who had the best scores (depending on the number of openings in the tournament). If you made it that far, you would have to make the 36-hole cut. Only then do you make money playing golf.

To my knowledge there is no such thing as a professional junior golfer. Try and get good enough to earn a college scholarship
