I'm a low down sinner who has clearly been saved and I have had many contacts with the most high and other spirit types like angels and Jesus himself and demons? Does mean I should be spreading the good news or what?

If you are a christian You are certain duties. One is To preach the Gospel to the whole world. The other is to NOT have communion with evil. You included demons as a spiritual contact... 1 Corinthians 6:14 ...what communion hath light with darkness? Step out of the darkness and let the Light of Christ fill you.... Jim

When I read the Gospel of John, I can think of 2 people Jesus touched, and immediately they had to go share it with someone. (See chapters 4 and 9)
That's a good place to start.
As far as anything beyond that, the example of Ezra come to mind. It say of him:
"For Ezra had set his heart to study the law of God, and to practice it, and to teach His statutes and ordinances in Israel." (Ezra 7:10)
I think that's a good pattern for anyone to follow - first STUDY; then DO; then TEACH.
Read Proverbs Chapter 2; Psalm 1, and get familiar with Psalm 119. These will help you see what is required to become a teacher of the Word.

The words of God, in the bible, are for all of us. And His word says for us to have an answer for every man for the hope that is within us.
If you have been saved, you have a testimony of how Jesus saved you. And if you are like every born again Christian I've ever known, you can't keep quiet about how wonderful Jesus Christ is and what He has done for you.
Go....tell it on the mountain!

I don't know if your visions are truly real or not. Padre Pio was shown false visions by the devil and was shown things like that. Read up on His story. No Christan should ever communicate with demons for pleasure, t's wrong and dangerous. Also if you have another vision, ask them things that no demon would bear say. Like who is the One God, who is the Messiah and what is His name, etcetra.
