Nothing! your metabolism slows down as you sleep and your body needs the energy to preserve itself. Although research has shown having either a small jacket potatoe or a lettuce&turkey sandwhich (brown bread) can help your body produce trytophan which is good for depression, nence the book potatoes not prozac. If you have anything to stodgy or sugary you may regret it in the morning!!

Out of everything that I have heard you really should not eat before going to bed. It not only causes you a less restful sleep also adds to your weight.

Nothing. You don't need anything in your stomach just before bedtime. If you need something to help you get to sleep, a glass of warm milk should do the trick.

You can do it, and probably get away with it. But at sixty-three, if I did it, that would be the basis of an epic nightmare in fifteen chapters which would wake me up screaming and running out of my bedroom at quarter to four.
