It could be considered alternative/punk. Use the product called "glue", found at your nearest walmart. It's in a YELLOW tube. It will keep your style all day. Right after you wash your hair, towel dry, put "glue" in your palms (about the size of a quarter) and massage into your hair starting mid length then with your finger tips massage it up to the roots. While upside down! Then blow dry it upside down. Get some really good hair spray for the finished product. You shouldn't need a whole lot. That glue is usually enough but your hair is sort of long so it might need a spritz of extra hold whit rain cheap hairspray. Good luck!

I like that look. Use some smoothing cream like Tigi Fashionista Smooth & Shine and then blow dry "down" along the hair shaft. You don't need to tip your head down, just have the blow dryer above your head and the nozzle pointed downward. It helps if you have the nozzle attachment that isolates the flow of air better than just not using the nozzle at all.

use a straightening iron to acheive this look. iron from your roots all the way to your ends and try to fan your hair out so you create the ends just like the picture. and all you need is a de-frizzer and gel. voila....you have an awesome hairstyle!
P.S. don't know what this style is called. srry.

hi, I have been given my hair layered on saturday and that i've got extremely thick hair. It replaced into demanding to regulate and took continuously to dry. whilst they positioned layers on your hair, it quite makes the hair abit thinner and takes alot of the load away. it is likewise possible to ask them to think of it out some extra if its nevertheless to thick after its been layered. My hair now feels great, its like 0.5 the load and much extra undemanding to type and so on. :)

Easiest way to do it is to scrap shampoo. If you just wash your hair with water, after a few days it will do this all by itself. It's not as gross as it sounds - your hair naturally cleans with oils and without shampoo it can get on and clean naturally.
