And why?

I think I've lived before, but am not sure. Also I was raised as a Christian, and as a Christian I have been told that reincarnation is a lie, so therefore it would be a sin for me to believe in it.

I am so much more than my body, soooo much more, its unfathomable; the soul... something has to happen to it once one passes on. I don't believe in "death".

If reincarnation is a fact, I wonder who I used to be? I think in my past lives I died horrible deaths because... well, I don't want to explain...

We die to be born again, but in a higher reality not a lower one.
This is nothing esoteric and an example will clarify it. When you were born into this physical world you died simultaneously to the womb world. You died to the womb world, which was an aquatic medium in which you grew, developed organs and senses that were of no use in that specific environment but in dying you were instantly born into a higher reality which is this physical world. This physical world is in all aspects a higher reality than the womb world in which we grew.
It is only here in this physical world, that it became apparent why you were growing eyes, ears, arms and legs in the womb world.
Letting our imagination work, let us imagine that someone could have explained to you why you were growing eyes in the womb and how beautiful are the things that you would be able to see once you were born. Let us imagine also that your intelligence in the womb allowed you to understand it. Would you have stayed there one more second? Of course not. So there was a wisdom in not knowing, until the time was ripe.
The same is true for life, after our physical life ends. We will be born into a higher reality which is spiritual and not material.

I believe in reincarnation and I am a Christian.

All references to reincarnation in the Bible were eliminated (except for one) by the Roman Catholic church to make people think this is it, your only chance, so don't screw up and get your act together. It made the people more manageable.

When Jesus began his ministry, many people wondered if he was the reincarnation of one of the prophets. Some people wondered the same thing concerning John the Baptist. And even Jesus affirmed to his disciples that John the Baptist was indeed the reincarnation of the prophet Elijah.

there are many theories of reincarnation
i believe im not the same man i was yesterday
so if i have a soul its reincarnated
your molecules are obviously recycled
your instincts are memories of past lives
i dont think your thoughts reincarnate
they die with your body
but you are more than your thoughts and your body
it doesnt really matter that much what you believe
life is an absurd play
we are all watching shadows on a cave wall anyway

about the christian thing
why do you let someone else tell you what to believe?

I find it interesting that modern christians reject reincarnation when early jews AND christians both believed in it. Remember the Jews who asked if Jesus was Elijah? Remember Jesus saying that John th eBaptist was Elijah? And really, reincarnation makes sense from a historical and quantum mechanical viewpoint. I believe the world is stranger than we CAN imagine!

It's an interesting concept. I used to believe in it, but I don't anymore. But anything is possible!

Anthroposophists. And karma and gnomes and Ahriman and angel impulses. And little kids going to Waldorf schools.

Not me. There's nothing to be reincarnated. You are your body, and that's all.
