Well I bet you never give that again. Actually its better it comes out. I would watch her for the rest of tonight and if she isn't better by tomorrow then I'd take her to the vets to make sure there isn't some of the bones stuck in her intestines.

Never give ANY cooked bones to your dog. This could be a lethal situation. In others words she could die. If she starts arching her back, race her to a vet. The bones splinter and she could perforate her intestines to name just one thing. Take her to a vet. There is no home remedy. She already ate it.
Added info for others, raw bones are fine and good for them. Rawhide is not.

There are NO home remedies. If it was a cooked t-bone, it has probably splintered somewhere in her body. Take her to the vet ASAP - she will be in serious trouble. Make sure she doesn't start to bleed (in vomit or stool) and get her to a vet.

You should never, NEVER give a dog a REAL bone. They chew it up into little shards and it cuts up their intestine and stomach lining, and can possibly rupture something. If you're lucky, your dog will only experience vomiting and diarhea for a day or two and be completely miserable and in pain. If you're not lucky, your dog might be seriously injured. I would suggest taking the dog to the vet, pronto. If your dog is vomiting more than once an hour and drooling, you need to make sure you keep him/her hydrated. If your dog won't eat or drink, GO TO THE VET.

If she is not pooping she may have an obstruction from the bone. T-bones are not for dogs to eat. She needs to visit the Vet for this one. Throwing up like that is causing dehydration. She may be in serious trouble. Good Luck.

Your dog needs an xray and NOW!
A cooked bone splinters and your dog could be bleeding internally.
Get off the damned computer and get to the vet if you want to keep your dog.

Get her to the Vet. Never never never give a dog a real bone. Can splinter and tear up the insides. If you want your dog to enjoy what you eat, do like I do and share a boneless ribeye steak with her. Of course you must cut it up for her. When I eat a ribeye, i always fix a small one (boneless) for my dog. After all, they are part of the family aren't they?

Repeated vomiting can be a red flag for an obstruction. This requires emergency surgery. She needs to be taken to an emergency facility immediately to have x-rays taken. For your dog's sake, do not wait until tomorrow.
