when you defrost raw meat and it turn gray can you still cook it and eat it with out getting sick

Yes, it just started to cook a little bit. It will be fine to cook normally after that.

It is not dangerous at all for this to happen. It is perfectly safe to completely cook raw meat in the microwave. The reason most people don't do this is that the meat doesn't brown and looks rather unappetizing.

Yes, when it turns gray, that just means its slightly cooked, you woulldnt get sick from eating the meat as long as you cook it!

It just means that it cooked a little. You still have to cook it fully in order not to get sick.

You shouldn't eat it, you might get food poisining...when you defrost meat you should only microwave it untill most of it is NOT frozen.

Just a little grey won't hurt.
