What are the main things that I can do to lower my core body temperature below normal?

Not by using direct cold.

It has to be things like drugs, special states etc.

you have to paralyze yourself using something like curare. otherwise, once you get cold enough, you'll start shivering to maintain your body temperature.

so just strip down naked and paralyze yourself- you'll eventually drop down to room temperature. of course, you'd also be dead because you couldn't breath because your respiratory muscles are paralyzed.

tylenol. Mine is usually high 99.1 or 99.6 sometimes and drinkign water helps, taking tylenol if you can and a luke warm soak.

Be careful of very cold water, it can sometimes shock your body.

immerse yourself in cold water or any other cold environment
stand in the wind
run cold intravenous fluids
drink cold fluids
cold fluid irrigation through nasogastric tube
cold fluid enema
