I know this is an unhealthy weight loss but honestly i don't care. I am 19, I weigh 168 and i'm 5'7. I eat around 500 calories a day and during exersice I burn about 300 give or take. Yes, i know thats an extremely unhealthy level..no need to point that out, and no point in telling me i'm on the road to an eating disorder..already there! Can someone please tell me how much I need to eat/exercise or what i need to do to lose 3lbs a week? Thanks..
