Because the bible has no evidence and the fact people use it as a weapon is my reason for the attack on those who are against thinking.

There is only one race, and that's the human race.

"Races" are a man made, close-minded ideology or races meaning like running or something.

Nothing 'proves' evolution, that is why there is still a debate. It's just a theory based on Darwin's observations that some form of 'natural selection' within species seems to take place, specialisation, if you prefer.

This does not add up to anything like a 'proof'. There is still not one scientific example of one species turning into another, and the advent of complex data such as DNA has not brought any new light to this discussion.

And by the way, not all non-evolutionists are 'Bible-bashers'. Many of us have considered this subject from a purely scientific point of view. I, and a small group of like minded friends. formed a separate vector, and tried to coin a new name for it, we came up with 'Scientific Creationists'.

What this means is that we believe that what is inside this Physical Universe was brought into being by 'Intelligent Design', but we don't buy the patriarchal 'God' figure. Quantum mechanics leads us to the understanding that all of 'Life' is suffused with energetic creativity, and what we know as 'Consciousness' can be applied to the tiniest quanta. In short everything has intent and can contribute to the whole.

In this realm, if we can think it, or even imagine it, it can come into existence, and usually does ! It is the 'Observer' who makes the greatest contribution to the 'Observed'. Every 'Thing' just exists in a sort of energetic 'sea' of potentiality, until, by the act of observation, some entity or consciousness, collapses the wave function, and initiates the particulate, which in turn 'creates' matter.

Finally I do have a rough, but way too kooky for most people, theory about how the main racial groups amongst us humans were originated. Maybe I'll share it with 'Answers' one day. But for now I try to stay clear of any racial origin issues for what must be fairly obvious reasons.

Different races do not prove evolution, however for years people who were interested in preserving the institution of slavery used evolution as a justification of the enslavement of other humans, because they believed the other races to be sub-human, kind of like Hitler's view of the Jewish people and other non-Arian races. However the various races are all equally human, Arians are no more evolved that non- Arian people. The variation of races may have occurred after the tower of Babel incident when everyone was given a different language so that the couldn't understand each other. As the different linguistic groups spread out over the earth the races were formed.

What race have to do with evolution? How are you going to support or question the Bible based on something that has nothing to do with it? By the way, no it doesn't prove evolution because race doesn't really exist. There is no difference between a person from mexico and one from japan exept for the differences that society makes up.

That and many other things prove evolution.

But the problem is that people are still dealing with evolution as if it's a new thing that has yet to yield fruit - unfortunately for those people, there is a vast body of work built on top of evolution already - the work being done today is something like third-generation. It has already been proved, experimented with and used for further scientific developments. The only thing that has yet to catch up with the current state of affairs is the public, who seem to think that Darwin popped his theory into a word processor over a rainy weekend in Devon last year.

Example: if you come down with a bacterial infection, would you like to be treated for the disease as it was a hundred years ago, or would you like to be treated for the disease as it is now after a hundred years of evolution? Did you know that chemotherapy induces natural selection in cancer cells? It's true - by introducing a fluid that kills X% of cancer cells it comes into contact with, you're selecting for the 100-X% of cells that are resilient to the treatment.

Response to Dazmaz, immediately above:
Yes, it's only based on Darwin's research. And thousands upon thousands of man-hours invested into further research from the rest of the planet's smartest people. And millions upon millions of pounds in research funding. To sum up, everyone smarter than you has moved on from this debate already.

Your statement that you have made 'scientific' observations evaporated the moment that you put forward the idea that the universe is 'suffused with creative energy' due to quantum mechanics. Not so. Quantum mechanics are regular particle behaviours, as mechanical as any other form of mechanics, regardless how strange the rules may be. You may not be a scientist, but you don't even play one well on TV.

i'm sorry to allow you to already know which you do no longer understand , even interior the smallest way, genetics. The 'races', as they're usually noted as, are genetically derived, confident, from numerous opportunities and the diverse colors of epidermis colours are a consequence of 'incomplete dominance', a similar is authentic of hair and eye colour. a number of our features have as many as 6 differing genes that administration the end results of a undeniable trait. each and every people has pairs of genes which grant us 2 instruments of numerous mixtures to electrify our seem. it is not evolution, via definition, nicely it is noted as Macro evolution, a term derived to strengthen evolution using fact it rather is the only seen sign of substitute interior the animal kingdom it is not evolution, nevertheless, as there is neither a an addition or subtraction of genetic textile, one technology to the subsequent. neither is a kinfolk with six tows on the two ft. it remains a similar genetic (volume and area) blueprint as people had thousands of years in the past (i bypass no farther, using fact technology has no longer been able to reliably able to extract textile for learn plenty farther than that using degradation of corpses) to place it evidently, shaking 5 cube, like the recreation of Yahtzee, provides you with a myriad of mixtures, yet will by no ability provide you a 6th, seventh, or 8th die. subsequently it remains a similar set you all started with, only distinctive mixtures (that often existed) are shown at any given time.

Races have a little to do with micro-evolution. The difference in skin tones, body features, hair, etc is due to differences in where the particular race has lived on Earth. Africans are dark because of the climate there. Europeans have lighter complexions because of the climate there. It's adaptation, but not the evolution on a big scale you may be referring to.

If you think evolution is the same as adaptation (like of the skin) then sure its proof. I'd like to see a human grow some fins or a tail.

Why don't I believe? There should be some fossils in evolutionary stages found, but there is not one. Also, the complexity of the eye, DNA, 2nd and 3rd law of thermodynamics violated. Anytime a theory is against a law, the theory must be wrong as the law is already proven.

People are good and bad whatever their race. We all evolve from embryo to adult - isn't this proof enough of evolution? In addition we change our understanding of the world. Isn't this proof of evolution. I still hold (shakey)beliefs in a Divine Being. If I didn't then my life , my mind, my heart and my soul would be nothing. But I AM.

Go to www.answersingenesis.org .
If you really want to know, you will study the articles on this site carefully. Search for "races", and you'll find quite a lot.
However, from your choice of words, I suspect you merely want to get a rise out of Christians. Did it ever strike you that you come across just as annoying as the "bible bashers" you refer to? Why are you so mad at them? What did they do to you?

it doesn't necesarilly prove evolution. It just means that people in different places have learned to adapt to different things. For example, Eskimos are more able to resist cold temperatures than Brazilians. Things like that just happen when a certain group of people have been in an area for generations. It's called adaption.
