If you mean the RAF aerobatic demonstration team, the US has the Thunderbirds from the Air Force, and the Blue Angels from the Navy/Marines.

No. We use "Line" aircraft, not trainers.

The Blue Angels fly the F-18 Hornet, which can be converted to combat readiness in less than 72 hours.

The Thunderbird's fly the F-16 Fighting Falcon, which can be turned into a combat ready aircraft in about 72 hours.

And while everyone likes to blow up their chest over whose is the best and such, everyone agrees, a flight demonstration team is awesome to see regardless.

Best of the Best? Considering the RAF and RCAF send their select pilots to the Navy's TOP GUN school, I think I'll give the nod tot he Blue's.

Especially since my Dad was a Blue.

If, by equivalent, you mean a display team, then yes. The US Air Force has the Thunderbirds and the Navy has the Blue Angels. In reality though, neither are the equivalent of the Red Arrows, they just like to think they are! (They couldn't handle 9 aircraft at once!)

Yes, we have two 'air demonstration teams, that fly first-line fighters..the USAF Thunderbirds and US Navy Blue Angels.

P.S. The Italian AF's 'Frecce Tricolori' are a 10-plane demonstration team, which makes the Red Arrows the second-largest team.

Yes, indeed, - oh, sharp-toothed one!

The U.S. has not just the ONE, - but TWO, - highly-skilled "AEROBATIC DISPLAY" teams, - the U.S. Navy's "FALCONS", - and the "BLUE ANGELS", - whose members are all serving men, and women, drawn, from the U.S. MARINE CORPS!
