He goes to my school and the thing that did it was the eyes I think. I don't even understand why/how I could've grown a weakness for this guy cause he's pretty much a jerk. I don't know what to do but this can't continue like this.

Fact from fiction, truth from diction. You got me. I am flabbergasted. He must have some very special eyes if you would risk being treated like dirt to see them. Maybe he has practiced and does that to every girl, not just you. Maybe you are drawn to him because you feel you have the mojo to change him, rescue him from his destructive self. Part of the attraction is that he is like forbidden fruit. You want him simply because you should not have him. It is almost like seeing a skunk in the middle of poison oak but you will put up with the itching and foul smell because you just have to see that awesome white stripe up close.
Go to the science wing, find one of those smart guys you girls avoid like flesh eating bacteria, and when you see how a real guy treat you, you will wonder why you ever seen anything in that butt nugget.

That's exactly why you can't stop. He's a jerk and it's a fact that girls secretly desire bad boys (or at least a part of us does) You just have to surround yourself with positive influences, or find a better guy to crush on. Once you find that guy you'll probably still think about the Jerk but little by little you'll start liking the other guy more and more till poof! Jerk B Gone.

If the guy is a compete jerk and it is just his eyes that did it than don’t look into his eyes. It would probably be best if you didn’t interact with him at all. You have to respect yourself and not let yourself get treated poorly, especially just because he has nice eyes. There are far too many nice guys out in the world and you deserve to be treated with respect.
