i know wat i have to do to lose weight,infact, i had done it but now for some reason i have stopped caring and i don thave the will to control myself anymore so im gaining weight again.I decide i want to get back in shape but after a while i abandon my plan.Its like i dont have any motivation anymore....somebody help!!!

Check out the link below. Take a few minutes to draw up a fitness plan with your goals. Read some of the articles with tips on how you can motivate yourself to keep going. It happens to us all (losing motivation). I try to sign up for a running race because that forces me to train for it...and then I'm much happier. I hope that helps. Best of luck!

find pictures online of hot fitness gods & goddesses & keep them where you work out & where you eat. make a list of all the amazing pros of losing weight. give yourself a prize when you lost the amount of weight you desire like shopping, a beach day, amusement park day (if its in you :D ) or something else that you love to do. get friends to reach the goal with you & keep track of your progress together or individually. good luck!
