I need to loose 80lbs just to be at a healthy weight for my height..i cant go to the doctor because i dont have insurance and cant afford it..i'm stay at home mom and husband works...so money is tight..i just need help finding a good diet plan like what to eat..i dont eat seafood or pork...and just dont know what to eat anymore...i eat lean cuisine meals and usually lower cal meal and do some snack in between.. can somebody give me a good link that i can look at to find some good meal plans to loose serious weight plz..

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

you have to find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how much you need to lose weight the healthy way.
8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruits and veggies a day
portion control - eat 5-6 times a day instead of 3 big ones
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol
dont buy frozen dinners - they are expensive and have a LOT of sodium
cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training

i use to be 180 and i am five foot.i cut down on my portion size,watched what i ate.stopped the snacking and now i am at 125.with no working out and NO diet pills.
