Hello,
I'm going to New York tommorow and I heard it will snow and be around 33 degress but will feel like 21. I will be walking around mostly, so what kind of clothing would you recommend?
Would a trench be fine?
Or should I wear my wool coat.
Thanks.

If it is snowing, a trench coat is best, because it is
water proof and don't forget waterproof boots for the muddy slushes (no one likes having wet feet). A trench coat is also windproof, which is good as NY gets very windy when it's cold. I would however wear layers, because it has been quite warm the past few days, I saw people wearing t-shirts and shorts yesterday ?!? So, it may snow, but you never know. I live in midtown Manhattan and it's raining at the moment, but it's not that cold. Have fun : )

Rain, snow, cold and very windy. Dress appropriately in layers -- sweatshirt with hood, scarf, warmer jacket, shoes that will not get your feet wet. New York City is windy, so the wind chill will be brutal!
