A man goes into a restaurant and asks for a specific waiter. The man orders dolphin, after he is done eating, he shoots the man and walks out. What happened and why did he shoot the man?

The guy had been stranded on an island with his best friend and the waiter. They were in danger of starving. The waiter killed the third guy, and hid the body, and told the guy his friend had been eaten by a shark. The next day the waiter brought meat from the body, saying he'd caught a dolphin. The two of them ate the meat.
When they got rescued, the guy had suspicions, so he came to the restaurant and ordered dolphin - when he tasted it, he knew that wasn't the meat they'd eaten on the island, and knew the waiter had killed his best friend. So he shot the waiter.
