My younger step brother got on my nerves and my step mum did nothing but tell me to "deal with it" so I took matters into my own hands and started to spank him. He soon changed his ways and became little trouble to me, even today years on we get on really well. Harder if it is a bigger brother I guess but you could still try that method - lol

I am 34 years old. My brother use to get on my nerves unmericifully. We fought all the time because he was a year younger than me.
But really that isn't the answer. Go talk to your parents. Walk away from him. But realize it's only a stage it'll pass. I'd give anything to have my bratty brother getting on my nerves again. He will never do it again because he was killed in Afghanistan. Enjoy what you have with him because you may never know if it'll be his last time "getting on your nerves."
Good luck.

I tryied agnoring his crap for about two weeks and it worked. It worked good. We fought about 3 times a day, and i would just get so fed up i would go somewhere else in the house and throw a fit. But then after the two weeks i got tired of non-vilence and actually went back to the way i was. You might find that you subconciously like fighting and arguing and throwing really really bad fits.

Think about this, my brother killed himself in November. I wish every day that he was around to get on my nerves.

I find that punching him can be awfully theraputic. But that has gotten me into trouble many times. I suggest locking yourself in your room or the bathroom. He may try to bother you initially but eventually he'll give up and go away and you can enjoy your peace and quiet.

act like you kno what he's doing and play the game just as well as he does. Go along with what he is doing and soon he will leave you alone because he can't seem to figure out what has gotten into you

Most of the time i would love to just pound him, but you no what will make him mad and keep you out of trouble? Ignoring him. That will get back at him the most, the hard part is just for you to keep at it.

Walk away from him. Or go somewhere else where he isn't. This way it will decrease your chances of beating him to a bloody pulp. lol and you'll be hopefully some what relaxed.

He's just bored and trying to agitate you. After all he's only a kid. Just put up with him and you'll both laugh about it in 20 years.
