God gave man the freedom to act as he likes, else man's will would be out of his hands, turning him to something like an animal.

Because it isn't God's fault that we are to idiotic to stop. We are only killing ourselves. God gives us a way out - Himself!
God isn't like a witness to a crime who doesn't do anything. God is like an escape from the crime a - savior, but you have to come to Him. He doesn't just stop everything. Why should He? We don't deserve it. The main point is because this is a test. God will judge you the way you've judged others and give you the same kindness that you have shown others. If you have hurt many then your day will come.
I have a story that kinda relates to your question:
A man goes to a barber shop one day to get his hair cut. The man and the barber talk about everything there is to talk about. .they then come to the subject of God. The barber says "Well i don't believe in God." the man ask, "Why?" "Well" says the barber "if there is a God why is there so much suffering in the world?" the man is baffled "I don't know" he says confused. The next day he is walking down the street and he sees a homeless man that has long nappy hair and beard. Then it dawns on the man! He goes into the barber shop and says, "Barbers dont exist!" "What? . .I'm right here!" the barber says. "There is a man on the street that has nappy and long har and a filthy beard" the man says. "So. .he didn't come to me" the barber replies. "EXACTLY!" the man yells "He didn't come to you! Just like those people haven't came to God. God won't give you a burden you can't bare. And those things only make you stronger! God is there to help. .to guide. .and to stop the pain. .but you have to trust and believe in him."
Don't blame God for our sins or our actions. God offers us a way to purify ourselves but if we don't then that's our fault - not God's.

That is not correct. The law requires you to refrain from committing a crime, you are not required to prevent it especially if it means endangering yourself in the process.
For the millionth time, if God gave us free will, that is, the ability to decide between committing a crime and refraining from comitting a crime, and knowing the consequences of each action, and we humans all have this capacity to know the difference between right and wrong, then why would he need to intervene?

We can only TRY to prevent crimes, we cannot remove free will. If God prevented crimes, He would be ending freewill, and reducing us to mere automatons, incapable of real love. He does sometimes put other people in the way, or speak to a person's heart, to try to coax them to do the right thing, but it is against His nature and His plan for us to force us to always do right.

Because he gave us dominion over the earth. Blake why rage about a God you don't believe exists. I find that logic strange. That he has hos own purposes and isn't under obligation to account for his actions is his perogitive. Besides most people I am finding who don't believe in God seem to have their own agenda. So they spend countless ours trying to convince themsleves there is no God so they can pursue their own pleasures while trying to minimize guilt. This never really works. On a sub conscious level a person knows what they are doing.

We do have free will, i.e. any decision we want, none of it merits heaven. And neither is God required to bring anyone unto Himself. So, have at it, except for God's intervention, we all run headlong to our destruction it won't matter to the unregenerate.

Yep...God is a strange, strange fellow, isn't he?
If we are his children and he gave us the inheritance of the world, what kind of father is God to not teach his children better?
The answer, "He gave us dominion" is lame. God is still responsible and yet continues to allow disease, starvation, child abuse, war, and general disharmony to abound. What kind of God would allow the other "god" i.e. the devil run the world? What kind of god the father would punish his children without explaining why. What kind of children would be loyal to a father like that?
Fortunately, God is not to blame any more than Santa Claus is to blame for the problems of the world. God is imaginary created by people who need someone to blame.

He's above any human law.
Besides, who would "punish" Him? Certainly couldn't be us could it?
