Bodybuilding. I would recommend "THE NEW ENCYCLOPEDIA OF MODERN BODYBUILDING" by Arnold Schwarzenegger. The best way to change the shape of your body is through bodybuilding. Fat will usually go everywhere. But muscle will only develop in the places you exercise. If you want to be big everywhere except your abs there are three things that you need to be concerned with: 1. Exercise program for building muscle 2. Cardio for burning calories and losing fat and 3 Your diet.

there's no way to reduce or gain fat in certain areas of the body, any gain or loss will be taken or added to many different places on your body.

Well, you exercise the areas that you need to build muscles in, and you do exercises to keep your tummy flat.
