Well, if you're looking for a religion with a trinity, it's Christianity, or Hinduism (Bramhan, Vishnu, Shiva)

I find that one's spirituality is not a calculable matter. or a numerical fact. It is a rhetorical question you have posed. Can one satisfy their faith or validate themselves by counting their experiences or their routes with the Holy spirit with out the fear of sounding proud. This to me is a personal quest if you need reassurance in your walk or your spirituality try meditating on the word or take some time out to reflect on your life.
