Processed/packaged food won't help your plight. Eating at the same times every day will keep your body constantly burning fat. If your body knows that food is comming it will process it continually as oppossed hanging on to it, not knowing when food will come again. Eat high carb foods before noon annd don't eat after 7:00pm. Try increasing your water intake and drink it ice cold as that will burn an extra 200 calories a day. Add a cup of green tea to your evening ritual and make sure you change up your cardio frequently. You must continually increase your energy level to increase your fitness level.
Yoga and Pilates burn fat from under the muscle as oppossed to on top of the muscle like cardio. Maybe try a switch up with that once in a while.
Hope I helped...Good luck

The secret to losing weight is to take in fewer calories than you use up.
I'm currently on a weight loss program (doctor supervised). He recommends eating 1200 cals a day and walking 60 minutes a day. Use the standard pyramid (see American Dietetic Association) to determine amounts of each food group.
Biggest thing I've learned so far, don't drink your calories. Eat lots of fruits and vegies. Cut back on bread and pasta.
It doesn't really matter how often you eat. Whatever works best for you. I manage better eating several snack size meals during the day. Other's I've talked to like the traditional 3 meals a day. The doctor says either way works fine.

Do not stop lifting weights, it burns more calories than cardio. I do not know how long you have been lifting(I assume a month), but the first three months is when you gain the most muscle. Since muscle weighs more than fat, it is harder to lose at this time. Also, your body does have plateaus where you cannot seem to lose weight. If you can fight through these you are usually rewarded with weight loss spurts. Changing intenities is great. I would cut back on the protein unless you are trying to build muscle mass. My guess is it is for toning and strength. Try not to eat after 7PM. Speak to your trainer and maybe a nutritionist, but it sounds like you are doing all the right things.

When they asy to eat every 2-3 hours, you're not meant to eat more than when you eat 3 times a day - you're just meant to spread the food out throughout the day.
Losing weight also depends on what kind of food you're eating and what kind of exercise you're donig, not just how much. Also, how long have you beeen trying to lose weight? How much weight are you trying to lose? Walking is not really going to help you lose a lot of weight, you know. If you're really serious, and really don't know what to do, go see a nutritionist and personal trainer. If you can't afford to see them regularly, they can atleast help you get started.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

The best way to lose weight is to eat less and move more. Stick to lean protein like chicken or fish, and lots of fruits and veggies. Eat whole grains like oatmeal and drink lots of water. Stay away from sugar and white flour. Losing weight takes a lifestyle change. Park farther from your destination. Take the stairs. And be patient.

To lose weight, yes you should burn more calories than you are consuming. If you don't enough food, then your body could go into "starvation" mode, where it wants to hold on to any fat you have so the body doesn't starve. It is better to eat more meals frequently through the day, so your blood sugar doesn't drop. The worse thing you could do is not eat enough. Believe it or not, you need to eat in order to lose weight!

It doesn't mean eat a large meal every 2-3 hours but you are suppose to eat something, a healthy snack in between your 3 meals a day, like plain yogurt, fruit or veggies.

In the kosher isle in the frozen foods area there are these frozen meals in a bag. Soooo good. Macaroni and cheese is like 200 calories. Soups are less than 150, in most cases! And they truly taste delicious!
