There really is no way to lose weight really fast, unfortunately. The only sure way is surgery. But I suggest to cut your calorie intake and do small excersizes every day. If you drive, park further away from your office, the store, or whatever so you have a chance to get more excersize. If you already ate and you get hungry later, drink a big glass of cold water.

semi fast is okay? well start with just eating healthy foods. my friend lost like 8 pounds in two weeks. have a low carb diet, [dont starve yourself] of things like chicken and cheese. avoid foods that are fatty or high in carbs. excersize more, or just be lazy less. most of the time if you just cut down with doing basic things, you'll notice a differece. =)

go to weight watchers and stick to it, it does work and is really easy, if you think its too much money then join when registration is free, go once and get your books and learn how to do it then di it on your own, go to boots and get a weigh print out and stick it in a weight loss diary xxx

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
