due to supidity and lazyness i over drew my account did not pay the bank and they closed my account and put me into check systems. I havent payed them back and it has been at least 6 months maybe more. what is my best bet to get out of it. Just go in pay them and see if they take me off of it?

The only real options you have is to pay the NSF fees in full, or wait 7 years for it to fall out of the chexsystems database.

It is my understanding that there's no way out of it. You have to pay them. You dont get taken taken off, its like a credit report for banks so it just reflects that you paid it.

Yes, you'll have to clear up any NSF charges from the bank and from any merchants you owe, in order to have this taken care of. And please remember, they will do this in their own sweet time... not always the time frame you'd do it in, if you had the opportunity.

Once you pay it off ,they are suppose to take it off . Keep receipt
