Cut the result time in half? Or just speed things up a little? Or is it just pointless?

Desired result is more muscular abs. I'm too young and small to worry about loosing weight!

if you do it twice a day you could injure yourself if you're not used to it. it really wont cut a huge amount of time off, maybe a couple days, but mostly your muscles will get a lot more tired and not grow as fast. do your program, then a little extra on the side to speed things up.

If you cut the result time in half, you may not be losing weight the right way. Losing about 2 lbs a week is healthiest. If you lose weight any faster, the risk of gaining it back is greater.
