hi, do any of these exist? i have seached the net only to fine one and the reviews say that it is not a good one.

In Aikido there is also training in the Jo. Google: "Saito" or "aikijo" or "aiki-jo"...you'll find another approach to Jo training.

Yes, many of these Dvds exist and you can probably search on some trusted karate sites, such as www.karate-depot.com

Not very many, as passed down, we all like to keep our traditional martial arts. That's why I have to pay 7000$ per month to learn the most traditional way from a master.
