what are the laws in tennessee about having searchs in school (like searching for cell phones) if it helps the county i am concerned about is Hamblen

You pretty much lose a lot of your rights when you walk into a school....so the school has the right to search your things for contraband and such

cell phones are ( interrupting in school ) and they think that if somebody calls you that you wont be learning. so if i was u i would not bring a cell phone to school

Well you can't use the English language very well, so I'm guessing you need to spend more time in class.
