I must have brain rot or something because I can barely remember yesterday never mind "my first memory",
Seriously, the first memory is what I remember being told I did rather than remembering doing it.

One of my first memories is that of my dad
trying to start our 1932 Chevy.
The nub for the hand crank was in the front
grille.
.Dad would wind up the hand crank. The engine
would begin to start, then back fire and almost
take dad's arm off.
I don't remember the car going more than ten
miles without a flat or a busted axle.
And they were the good old days?

Wow! I am so happy to see this question posted here! My first memory is being in church sitting on my Mama's lap! I was watching her belly move. That was my little baby brother I an 2 & 1/2 years older that he is. So I was about 2 & 1/2 and I was in Church!

My earliest memory is being on the floor of our apartment, my mom putting my toys away, I was VERY small but sitting in an upright position, I don't even know if I could walk yet.
I couldn't have been anymore than 1 or 2.

I became a US citizen when I was 4. I was born and adopted in Canada. I remember taking pictures on the steps of the Post Office downtown. It is within eyesight of the Alamo, by the way, and not a Post Office anymore.

i was probably 2 or 3, and and my older sister and my dad insisted on watching the incredible hulk (the tv show) it scared me so bad i spent the entire hour hiding at the top of the stairs, out of view of the tv, but still able to see my family. that night i had a nightmare that my mom's head fell off, rolled under a rocking chair, and then it told me it hated me.
we're very close. really. she was very sympathetic about the whole thing and made my dad and my sis apologize.

.I was standing on a sidewalk in the middle of town in front of the drug store,throwing a fit for some ice cream.My mom said I was 3 and she never got me the ice cream because I was behaving so badly

My first memory was nothingness.
Then, I was afraid of the new world, the lights, the sounds, I cried because they scared me.
I was new, I wanted to live, I had no idea what all this was.
