Most definitely depends on the person. I have a long forehead, so it looks like my hairline starts a little far back, but it should start somewhere between a couple of inches above your eyebrows and where your skull starts to curve, but it varies for every person. Some people might look ape-ish and have little space between their brows and hairline, or others like me, might have a little too much forehead space.

It varies depending on genetics. Shapes of hairlines and where they start all depend on your genes. There is no "supposed to" about it. Hair is different with just about everyone.

depending on the size of your head... 3 or 4 finger above your eyebrows.
dont ask where your eyebrows are supposed to start.

anywhere is normal, i was actually curious about this myself and i asked my doctor and he said its normal anywhere, whether it starts at your ear or your foot.
