I have a 9 month old pomeranian male who loves to chew my clothes only when I'm not home. I usually keep him in his crate but when my husband is home and I'm not and he lets him out and not watching the dog, the pom is chewing on my PJs...just now I left for a minute to go to the corner store to get milk. I put my PJ up high on the hamper so he can't get it, well he got to it cuz when I got home, he was chewing away...UGH....why is it just my clothes when I'm not home??? I know it's not cuz I'm his favorite. My husband is his favorite person...what gives? Maybe he don't like me.

He has chew toys and i already tried scolding him before about chewing MY clothes. Point is, he don't chew on my husband's or kid's clothes. Just MINE.

Alot of dogs (and cats) are likely to behave like that. My brothers dog chewed their things whenever he was left home alone , out of spite. That was the way they get back at their owner or .owners! Some do it because of jealousy and feel they are not getting enuf attention. But they have their reasons-who knows? good luck bettyk

Are you wiping your hands on your clothes, ie or no napkin? Suggestion, get some bitter apple, you won't smell it and it won't hurt your clothes but set him up, spray your pjs with it then, leave them where he can get them, have someone else scare him when he goes to get them.
Scare him by- shaking a can with pennies in it, and yell, "mine"
then reward him for walking or running away and give him a treat or toy to chew on
