You think that's bad? I work with both my brother and sister, my sister-in-law, three cousins, an aunt and an uncle, both of my parents, and my sister-in-law's brother. Oh - and my nephew works here after school. We run a family business with around 60 employees. Of course I get along with my family members, but working with family is NEVER easy.

You only work with her, it does not mean you have to spend all you time with her, on your lunch and breaks go outside or another part of hte building.
Don't forget that it is your brother feelings you will be hurting if you disrespect your sister in law in public, don't go talking about her behind her back etc, it will all get back to her.

That's life. There are always people you don't like at work - that's why it's called work. They pay for your time.
