i need to instal a pakage unit of 440 volts but i only have a 3 fase servise is there a tranfomer i can use

Various questions arise. I have not heard of a "package unit." Does the 440 volts apply to the supply voltage, or to the motor? Is the motor single phase, or 3 phase? Depending on the answers, a transformer may -- or may not -- be needed; if one is, they are available (although not cheap).

I've never heard of a 3 phase transformer that can accomplish this.
A transformer cannot "convert" 1 phase to 3 phase. You can buy a 1 phase transformer to take your 220V 1 phase up to 440V 1 phase and try to feed the 440V 1 phase into that AB drive. It might work, it depends upon whether that particular model has undefeatable phase loss protection or not. In addition you can get a rotary phase converter...
