How can I get my spirit to move on from my body?
I like the next theme of heavy metal, rock music and motorcycles?
I did not like the previous theme of death, destruction and systematic failure.
I am dying and this is what awaits, it is a change of energies.
How do I get there faster?

Maybe you should try a small move first. Like becoming somebody else. Like in those movies where two people change bodies.

Astral travel occurs when the spirit leaves the body during sleep or very deep meditation and takes excursions on its own. I know for sure that I done this twice. Sometimes we have a dream that we met our love ones..... truly was it a dream, or did it really happen in astral travel?
