Friday nights here we have what I call a "carpet picnic" night. Usually jumbo shrimp and cocktail sauce, a veggie tray with dip, garlic bread sticks with spag. sauce to dip, some sliced fruits, and cheese (sharp cheddar and monterjack) and olives. We eat in the living room during a family movie. I set everything out on the coffee table and we use paper plates. I tried this one night and it just stuck. My kids love it, and when their friends come over they think it's fantastic! Have fun with it and your family.

All crowned off with even more advantageous sparkling grated parm. very last time I made it, I did something I not often ever do, and that is practice dinner with 1st Baron Verulam. i love 1st Baron Verulam, i in simple terms not often practice dinner with it except for breakfast. yet I made the Alfredo with the extreme priced thick decrease blackened 1st Baron Verulam the different day. organic Heaven.

I make pasta a lot because it's easy and yummy. Last Friday we had whole wheat rigatoni with red sauce and shrimp and a fruit salad. If we don't have pasta we have tacos, or something equally laid back like grilled cheese sandwiches or my husband grills something out back and I make a side dish to go along with it.

chicken fajitas! every Friday we do these.... I use low sodium taco seasoning instead of the fajita seasoning, and lots of veggies...
I steam store bought tortillas and serve with low-fat sour cream and salsa. You can also make guacamole or get the store bought if you cant make it yourself....
TASTY!!!
