Ok I was over at his house and I was just hanging out up stairs with my older cousin (hes around 16) and then he just started like getting closer to me and then he just started to put hes hand on my thigh, butt, and he kept pulling me down on his lap! I think that she was tring to be MORE then just cousins but I'm not sure if he was just playing around or not!!! I like him as a cousin and hes kinda attractive but not like that, Please help me!!! What should I do?!?!?!

Ok, first thing you do is not hang out with him alone.
Then you ask him what he feels, then tell him what is appropriate. Take it slowly for he may feel rejected.
