Why should I go to church for "answers" when you can't even get answers from the ministers, to common questions that you ask?

These ministers, having nowhere to go, backed into a mental corner, insist that with God, all things are possible.

They seem to ignore the fact that only some things are not possible, even if you are God.

Such as having a floor that is ONLY red & ONLY black at the same time. I am not speaking of 2-tone, just the fact that to have a single color floor that is only, well you get the picture.

Same applies to you can't have an ONLY wet surface that is ONLY dry at the same time.

When pointed out, they still blindly accept the fact, with God, even illogical things they have no answers to like this are possible.

Seems to me, the ministers are the ones creating confusion by confounding logic, to be replaced with what, illogical living? Lawlessness?

They insist they are bringing light, while spreading confusing confusion that confuses even them!

Answers to this?

ok i get where you are coming from.. kinda... I have a friend of mine, she is in her 40's and she died once. and they did revive her, but she saw a piece of heaven, and she says that she saw colors that no one can even descibe they are a whole new color, and about the whole ilLogical things, you have to remember that Our God is a Logical God, a God of math and wisedom and knowledge and creativity. i am sure that he could make something wet and dry at the same time, and for some reason i think we have that...idk though. but doesnt mean that he wants to or needs to.

All powerful as pertaining to God is hyperbole, overstatement. God is the most powerful thing there is. There are things that God cannot do. He cannot go against logic and create a circle that is a square, etc. God cannot lie.

Ministers go into seminary as zealous believers and come out as confused atheists with their faith trampled to the ground by the illuministic, hermetic-alchemic, saturnian antichrist system that has infiltrated the halls of those places where men are advanced by degree to preach the gospel. These are places that are helping to bring the new world order into full view. God sees what is happening and will bring this age to a close soon and then he will create a new heavens and a new earth wherein dwelleth righteousness.

Ahhh, I love the smell of metaphysics in the evening.

It is clear that some things God cannot do. He cannot, for example, not be God. He cannot go against His own will. But these are all the hypothetical meanderings of someone with too many angels on the head of his pin, if you get my meaning. Which reminds me of my other favorite axiom, "There are no absolutes." LOL.

So, what is the real question? Go ahead. I'll bet God can answer it, even if some theologian who has never ventured into logic or philosophy could not. Oh Lord, I believe...help my unbelief! Those were the words of a man who couldn't quite grab onto God intellectually...but even as he knew he doubted, he walked towards Jesus. Who really has faith? The one who never questions, or the one who walks?

Many things are unexplainable no mater what faith you are, especially when it comes to God. The truly wise will recognise this and admit it. You present quite a mouth full and no unresolved questions are apparent, except why go to church for answers..... The ultimate burden lies with you and you can go to 1000 different churches and get 990 different answers. To clear up your confusion educate YOURSELF and choose what you will believe, not what someone else tells you to. We all are wrong at some time (OK not some of you) and will never have a definative answer for everything. It takes a couragous person to admit that they don't know.

No, only Satan is the author of confusion, and it sounds like he has done a number on you.
I would suggest going to the Bible only for your answers, not ministers. Most Christian churches today are apostate; they have backslidden, fallen from the true faith, and compromised Scripture with Humanism and evolution, and are morally hypocritical. I would suggest sticking with the Bible and the Bible only, even if it means not attending a church for now until you find one that truly follows Scripture alone. I have been to many Churches now, and so far I have only found one that follows Scripture very closely.

Ah, the old lawlessness tactic of that OLD serpent: Law.
The L word waxeth so OLD it's "ready to vanish": Heb 8.
According to 1Corinthians 13:8 the L word "shall vanish".
Accorging to "the end" of the God Shew already written,
there is not even any mention of the L word whatsoever:

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

The blind lead the blind and they both fall into the pit.
If you are waiting for the clergy of christendom to explain anything to you, you will be kept in the dark.
God has them in spiritual darkness because they do not teach pure worship.
They adulterate their worship with politics and worldly affairs. The openly have a flag in their churches. They tell you who to vote for. They bless the troops when the commandments simply tell us thou shalt not kill.
The march for abortion rights.
The want stem cell research even if it means killing infants.

Clergy have their hands full of bloodguilt. So God has turned his attention to pure worshippers. These teach only bible truths. These ones conduct themselves as to enjoy the paradise God has promised. They are law abiding and love one another. They consider everyone their neighbor and work diligently to reach each one of you with a message of good news of the Kingdom of God which means salvation to all mankind.

Scripture says that God is not the author of confusion which answers what is going on at church and what is going on with this question.

God created the universe and all the rules that govern it. He can destroy it and create a new one but he can't break his own rules of physics. He can't create love and he obviously couldn't keep Adam from eating the fruit. Most older ministers just repeat what they are taught. My sister is in seminary school and it is much more liberal and open minded than you would think.
