It's a mispelled Spanish.
Madona could be Me dona = He/she gives me
de parrafos = a few paragraphs
milla = miles
if it's mila = mile
if it's mil = one thousand

Give a sense to above by yrself !!!

I'm not totally sure, but I think this could be Spanish. I am sure, however, that it is not French.
