For you it seems justice has not been done. The system has failed you and your friend.
A jury has found this person 'not guilty' i assume, if this is the case then so be it, unless you can produce new evidence to support the possibility of a re-trial.
From your other questions and this one i too feel that this offender should have been charged with manslaughter at the very least, but without knowing the full story i can only surmise.
I am sorry for your friends loss but the justice system in the UK needs a total overhaul.
BUT, although i don't advise it, some people do say revenge is sweat and an eye for an eye.

If he died as a result of the attack it may be manslaughter, but really this is a matter for the police to investigate and sort out, on here you may get a lot of rather wayward responses.

I looked at all your other question and would love a link to this actual crime.......that way other than just your opinions on the loss of your close friend people would be able to assess it more fully for them selves and also be able to give you a much better reply............
And whilst someone is giving thumbs down I do think you need to seek some sort of guidance for your loss..........this is from what you have said earlier over a year ago and if things are still that raw for you then maybe you did need to seek some sor of closure for your self

Murder,cowardly murderer that's not a man its, a sh*t house.
Its murder, if he did not die, it would of been attempted murder, having a temper is a poor excuse, some people are living in cuckoo land on here, if he is hit once and banged his head on the curb as he went down maybe, but to repeatedly hit a person when they are unconscious that is murder or have the goal post been moved because it's happening so often. I am sorry for all concerned.

man slaughter maybe but murder ? but you are dealing with someone who has a very bad temper , he has flown of the handle to a simple question which at the time he was not in the mood to answer or discus , you will need to know a lot more about the situation to come to any conclusion
