i really like this guy. we are together all the time.we flirt around and stuff, but when i told him i wanted to be with him now he s acting all shady. whats up?

because he probably acts this way with other girls to. if he gets with you , then that fun has to stop. remember, it is most fun, before it becomes something serious.

The fact that he was flirting around you with you only evidenced that fact that he enjoys flirting around with you. You equated the flirting with a desire to become an item, and he seemingly did not. Sometimes people want a partner, sometimes they merely want some fun.
Avoid assuming a person thinks about something in certain way just because you do.

All about the age -- you are both young continue to let things be as they are. People probably call you BF & GF anyway. He is not ready for the next step yet.
