Yes, at the moment your body fat is definitely too low to maintain. For men 2%-4% is essential body fat and even competitve body builders only drop this low for competitions.

Also, if you don't have much lean body mass, this will add to the problem. I would try to get your body fat percentage up to at least 6%-8% and then see how you feel.

Also check the chart below to see if you have enough lean body mass for your height.

Actually, No. I have maintained about a 4% percentage body fat for the past 22 years and I can squat more than double my weight and can easily do 30 pullups. Also, most rock climbers, sprinters, and gymnasts are very lean and extremely strong.

One thing that I notice that makes people weak are low carb diets and here is why:

The body needs carbohydrates for brain and kidney function. In a shortage, the body will cannibalize lean mass to satisfy the deficiency. The body will inhibit glycolysis to preserve carbohydrates. Because glycolysis (carbohydrate metabolism) is the most rapid way to convert calories into usable energy, this will cause your energy level to plummet. Any marathoner who has "hit the wall" can bear witness to this.
This is why you will be hard pressed to find any high level athlete who thrives on a low carb diet. Here are links to more detailed info.

if the body fat is on top of the muscles then the muscles will carry more weight than suppose to and that makes the muscles work harder so that is probably why u are tired at the end of the day. expecially if u work alot that puts more stress on ur muscles as well. or if ur on medication then that could also make u tired.
