Well if I was in love with you that would sure make my day!
If I thought you were ugly or something I would probably shoot myself (Exagerration for you people who believe everything you hear!)
If I had a girlfriend I would be pissed off because my gf would be like "What are you doing kissing other people? This relationship is OVER!"
My Point is that if he likes you and he doesn't have a girlfriend then go in for the kill!

Just make sure it is the right moment for the kiss... don't just grab him at an awkward time and plant one on him... he might get scared.

if u r really into the guy try to let him know.. give him signs, make sure he finds out u r into him... dont go like a hoe kissing him, even if he might like that, and might like u a lot, he might get the wrong idea, and think u go about kissing everybody. so try to get him to realize u r into him, and he might do his move, and come up to u and kiss u instead

Only do that if your dating. But what you do is go half-way and if he/she goes the rest of the way *BAM* but if he/she doesnt or says No or something then you'll just have to wait until he/she is ready for that level of your relationship. But i guess if you have an ambassador ask he/she for you, that could work so that you know for yourself....Good Luck

well you can kiss him, but don't act too easy. because if you do after a while your relationships may not last for long with him. just hold yourself even if you love him to death. before you make that appraoch find out if he's not a pimp and if he's willing to stay with one girl than you can kiss him. because he can love you just like you love him, but he's scare to appraoch you.
