will have all the download software and its malware and spyware free... you just need to search here and check out which one you would like to use as a burning software...like burn4free is a free DVD burning software. so with this you can as well burn DVD content. And to get a Cd drive that burns im not sure but you can get them cheap at newegg.com. And they got good return policy.

Infra Recorder is a fine open source cd burning program that looks similar to nero. it can be found here

download a programme called limewire. its free online just type it in your search. once u have this u can download music films programmes ect. in limewire select programmes and download nero smartsuite.
