well me and my cousin kristin had a bet and if i lost i had to geta mohawk with the sides shaved and all and i lost but now i dont want a mohawk but i would feel kinda lame not following through and she wont comprimise what should i do?

If you really dont want it, dont get it. If you're not happy with the idea now, you're not gonna be happy with it when it happens. Shes your cousin, if you say You understand you had a bet but you really dont wanna get this mohawk she'll either understand or she wont. She cant hate you, shes family... she'll get over it. Next time you should bet with something you both will be OK with.

I'm not a girl but I think that I can give you some good advise. We all make stupid promises in our lives at one time or another. Just tell your cousin that you made a mistake by making that promise and ask her to let you off the hook. Tell her that you value her friendship but you cannot compromise your integrity further by doing sometime you don't want or don't believe in. If she is a true friend, she will let it go. Be careful in the future about making rash bets. Respect yourself!

dont worry about it! try compromising with her. instead, get a mohawk w/o the sides shaved(really cute) OR ask if u can just get a pixie cut(even cuter). for fun add touches off hot pink hair dye

Hey, do what you want! No one can force you to do something you don't want to do! She's your cousin, so no matter what you'll always be friends. Frankly, I think she's a little dumb if she really thought you'd follow through on a bet like that if you lost. She's not being very nice to you, so don't worry about it! :)

Well you did the bet. If you dont want to do the bet you have freedom of choice and you dont have to do it. If she really wants you to do it then dont be her friend or ask another friend for advice. Hang out with people who make you feel good.

Incidentally, he advocates using PVA glue to hold it upright, apparantly its stronger than the products for sale and it washes out just fine.
And if not, it's just hair and it will grow back in a couple of months. If I were you I'd bite the bullet and try it out. Most people have photo's of crazy hairdo's from when they were young. If nothing else it will be something funny to put up on your myspace!

if you never shook on it say "we neva shook" and if you did shake, you could ask her if you really had to because you really dont wanna- besiades that, i wouldnt ever make a bet for something that i wouldnt wanna doo- sry- good luck
